A MAN is due in court after a crash that left a pedestrian with serious injuries.
Bruno Eduard Nacos, 31 and from Bournemouth, has been issued with a postal requisition to appear at Poole Magistrates’ Court on Friday, April 19.
This is for an offence of causing serious injury by careless or inconsiderate driving.
Officers were called to Florence Road at 7.44am on Thursday, January 12, 2023, to reports of a crash involving a blue Vauxhall Astra and a pedestrian, at the junction with Grantley Road.
The pedestrian, a local man aged in his 60s, was taken to hospital for treatment to serious injuries.
Now, following an investigation by the roads policing team, Nacos has been served with a postal requisition.
