THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

JAMES RICH, 22 and of Belmount Avenue in Bournemouth, admitted three counts of voyeurism after recording another person doing a private act without their consent in Southampton between November 1, 2021, and May 24, 2023. He was handed a community order lasting until April 24, 2026, with a requirement to complete 200 hours of unpaid work, and made subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order and a restraining order. He was also ordered to pay compensation of £4500, a victim surcharge of £114 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

HARLEY TANNER, 29 and of Drift Road in Hampshire, admitted drug driving on the A338 Wessex Way in Bournemouth on October 2, 2023. He also admitted possession of a controlled drug of Class B after being in possession of a small bag of cannabis in Bournemouth on October 2, 2023. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also fined £350, ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution and a victim surcharge of £140.

JOHAN STOVIN, 34 and of Village Hall Lane in Three Legged Cross, was found guilty of assault by beating after assaulting a woman in Dorset on June 26, 2023. He was handed an eight-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months, and a restraining order was made for the victim. He was also ordered to pay costs of £620 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £154.

NATACHA RODRIGUES HEITOR, 49 and of Curzon Road in Poole, was found guilty of failing to give information to Dorset Police on August 26, 2023, relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. She got six points on her licence, and was fined £660, ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £264.

SAMUEL TYLER CUNNINGHAM, 23 and of Farm Road in West Moors, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on July 17, 2020. He was fined £600 and ordered to pay costs of £60.

CARL MARSHALLSAY, 48 and of Hunt Road in Christchurch, admitted possessing an offensive weapon in a public place after being found with a knuckle duster in Hunt Road in Christchurch on May 11, 2023. He also admitted assault by beating of an emergency worker after assaulting a police officer in Christchurch on November 2, 2023. He was handed a community order lasting until April 24, 2026, and ordered to costs of £40 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

KIAN GALLAGHER, 18 and of Bedford Road in Poole, admitted possession of a controlled drug of Class B after being with cannabis in Castle Lane East in Bournemouth on April 17, 2024. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay costs of £80 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

JAMES RAMPTON, 48 and of Holland Road in Weymouth, admitted possession of a controlled drug of Class A after being found in possession of 0.93g of heroin in Weymouth on November 14, 2023. He was fined £120, ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £48.
